About the opportunity

At Teads, we’re on a mission to redefine the future of advertising. With the rapid growth of Connected TV (CTV) in APAC, we’re building a team that ensures smooth and impactful delivery across every screen and we’re looking for a CTV Account Manager to be the bridge between our sales teams and supply-side partners.

In this role, you’ll manage operations and coordination for CTV campaigns from pre-sales through to booking, working closely with top-tier OEM/TV OS partners such as Samsung, LG, Hisense (Vidaa), and more. This is not a client-facing role but a vital internal and partner-facing function focused on CTV supply coordination across APAC.

If you're highly organized, solutions-driven, and excited by the behind-the-scenes magic that powers great campaigns, we want to meet you.

What will you do

Pre-Sales Operations

  • Support sales teams with feasibility checks and campaign validation.
  • Communicate directly with CTV OEM/TV OS partners to confirm availability, obtain advertiser approvals, and ensure policy compliance.
  • Manage and prioritize the campaign pipeline based on budgets and client urgency.
  • Provide regular updates to Sales with availability responses and planning support.
  • Offer audience targeting recommendations to optimize campaign outcomes.
  • Align with global and regional teams for international planning requests and escalate challenges when necessary.
  • Maintain and distribute monthly Roadblock availability reports from OEMs.

Booking & Coordination

  • Coordinate market-level requests to prevent booking conflicts, especially for multi-region campaigns.
  • Own IO management: review, edit, and QA insertion orders to ensure precision before handover to execution teams.
  • Be the central connector between Sales, Supply, and Global CTV stakeholders.

About You

  • 2+ years of experience in account management, campaign coordination, or digital media operations, ideally with exposure to CTV, programmatic, or supply-side environments.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail with a passion for process, accuracy, and timelines.
  • Comfortable working with multiple partners across APAC markets and time zones.
  • Experience collaborating with or understanding supply-side CTV platforms.
  • A self-starter who can work independently but thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative global team.
