As a Customer Experience Specialist at Tesla, you'll be the face of the brand, delivering vehicles directly to customers. This part-time role (with full-time potential) involves ensuring a seamless and exceptional customer experience, from delivery to follow-up. Responsibilities include delivering vehicles, familiarizing customers with vehicle features, addressing customer concerns, coordinating with other specialists, managing delivery schedules, and providing feedback for process improvement. You'll be part of a sales, service, and delivery team, collaborating closely to meet targets. This customer-focused role requires excellent interpersonal skills, strong organizational abilities, and a passion for Tesla's mission.
Must have:
- Full UK driving license (no more than 6 points)

Your role will involve ensuring a seamless and exceptional customer experience, from delivery to follow-up. You are part of a larger sales, service and delivery team who works closely and flexibly on all operations. You are expected to cooperate frequently and display a one-team mentality to achieve sales and delivery targets.
What You’ll Do- Deliver vehicles to customers' home or work addresses, providing a professional and positive handover experience.
- Ensure customers are familiar with their new vehicles by explaining features, functions, and benefits.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing any questions or concerns during the delivery process.
- Act as a chaser to pick up other customer experience specialists, ensuring timely and efficient coordination.
- Manage delivery schedules and logistics to meet customer expectations.
- Provide feedback to the sales and delivery teams to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Full UKdriving licence with no more than 6 points.
- Excellentinterpersonal skills with a natural ability to build rapport and engage withcustomers.
- Strongorganizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in afast-paced environment.
- Proventrack record of delivering excellent customer experiences.
- Customer-focused with a positive and professional attitude.
- Flexibilityto work on weekends and evenings as required.
