Location: Franklin, TN—on-site, relocation assistance available, flexible schedules available
Salary: $36,200-$48,000 + profit sharing + benefits

Ramsey Solutions Headquarters is located just outside of Nashville in Franklin, Tennessee. We value our strong, unified company culture because we believe the best work is done together. We’re looking for a highly motivated, outgoing customer service professional with a passion for helping people and a deep alignment with our mission. This role is front-line and fast-paced—expect to spend most of your day on live phones and messaging, engaging directly with customers. You’ll represent the heart of the company through every interaction, answering questions, solving problems, and building trust one conversation at a time. Success requires a strong work ethic, a teachable spirit, and the ability to stay calm and focused under pressure.
