Summary

As a Data Scientist at Publicis Global Delivery, you will be responsible for creating predictive models using machine learning and AI to drive marketing performance, optimize consumer experiences, and forecast business outcomes. You will work with large datasets, perform data analysis, and communicate your findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Must have:
  • 2+ years experience as a Data Scientist
  • Degree in Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or similar field
  • Data querying languages (e.g., SQL), scripting languages (e.g., Python)
  • Strong applied machine learning experience (Regression, Tree Based, Clustering)
  • Experience in Deep Learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras)
  • Experience developing data-driven insights
  • Experience with large datasets
  • Highly analytical and detail-oriented
  • Excellent communication skills

Job Description

What you’ll do:

You´ll be creating predictive models, including ML algorithms and AI, to drive marketing performance, isolate key KPI trends and performance pacing, optimize consumer online/offline experiences, predict consumer behaviors, maximize sales conversion, drive optimizations and forecast critical business outcomes!

Qualifications

We’re looking for strong, impactful work experience, which typically includes:

• +2 years´ experience as a Data Scientist
• Degree in Economics, Mathematics, Statistics or similar field
• Performing quantitative data analysis. report writing and presenting findings
• Data querying languages (e.g., SQL), scripting languages (e.g., Python), or statistical/mathematical software (e.g., R, SAS, MATLAB)
• Strong applied machine learning experience including but not limited to:
 o Regression (Logistic/Linear/GLMs/Ridge/Lasso)
 o Tree Based (XGBoost, LightGBM, RF)
 o Clustering (Kmeans/RFM/Hierarchical/HDBSCAN)
• Experience in at least one Deep learning framework: TensorFlow, Pytorch, Keras, MXNet, Gluon
• Experience developing relevant and impactful data driven insights
• Experience prepping and working with large data sets
• Highly analytical and detail oriented, with a passion for digging into data to identify key trends, results, and critical outcomes
• Ability to communicate technical and complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders and clients
