uma:ndots is a next-generation trading company specializing in digital advertising, offering guaranteed results through custom, cross-platform AI. This AI bypasses traditional programmatic buying limitations, delivering campaign performance at a guaranteed, pre-known price via a CPx model. The company is recruiting an Account Manager to manage client relationships, develop personalized presentations, create commercial proposals, and collaborate with traders to monitor and optimize digital campaigns, ensuring client retention and upsells.
Must have:
  • Know/understand client objectives and needs
  • Ensure client coverage through face-to-face meetings to present the uma:ndots digital offer
  • Develop personalized presentations adapted to the needs and challenges of your clients
  • Develop commercial proposals and CRM follow-up / creation of insertion orders
  • Work in close collaboration with traders
  • Monitor and analyze campaigns in conjunction with traders, to retain clients by sharing campaign reports
  • Be proactive in optimizing and upselling the digital campaigns you will be in charge of

Job Description

As part of our development, we are recruiting an Account Manager.

Missions:

  • Know/understand client objectives and needs
  • Ensure client coverage through face-to-face meetings to present the uma:ndots digital offer.
  • Develop personalized presentations adapted to the needs and challenges of your clients
  • Develop commercial proposals and CRM follow-up / creation of insertion orders.
  • Work in close collaboration with traders.
  • Monitor and analyze campaigns in conjunction with traders, to retain clients by sharing campaign reports.
  • Be proactive in optimizing and upselling the digital campaigns you will be in charge of.

Profile:

  • Minimum 2, 3 years of experience in digital advertising.
  • You have good client relationship skills and are easy to approach.
  • Good command of sales techniques (rephrasing, contextualized presentation of an offer, argumentation, handling objections).
  • Good command of office software.
  • Ability to adapt quickly in a startup environment.
