We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Design Lead - Electrical to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. In this pivotal role, you will lead and oversee the electrical design aspects of complex projects, ensuring innovative solutions that meet our clients' needs while adhering to industry standards and regulations.

• Lead and mentor a team of electrical engineers, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation
• Develop and review electrical design concepts, schematics, and drawings for large-scale projects
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate electrical systems with other engineering disciplines
• Ensure compliance with local and international electrical codes and standards
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively
• Conduct technical risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver optimal solutions
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive continuous improvement in electrical design practices

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering; Master's degree preferred
• Professional Engineering (PE) license
• Minimum 20 years of experience in electrical engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Proven expertise in electrical design software such as AutoCAD Electrical and EPLAN
• Strong knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and safety regulations
• Demonstrated experience in circuit design, analysis, and power systems design
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
• Extensive experience with large-scale electrical projects, particularly in industrial settings
• In-depth knowledge of power distribution systems, control systems, and industrial electrical systems
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment
• Willingness to travel within Saudi Arabia as required
