We are looking for a motivated DevOps Support Engineer with unique skills to help us support our software development CI/CD cycles. The candidate will be responsible for supporting a vast technological stack of software development tools (Azure DevOps, JFrog Artifactory/Xray, AKS, Git and more), identifying issues by working close to our internal users and developers, and implementing integrations that meet our customers' needs. Responsibilities:
Investigate and resolve technical issues
Identifying technical problems and developing software updates and ‘fixes’
Manage, maintain, and prioritize customers escalations
Perform root cause analysis, provide quick solutions for incidents and deploying updates and fixes
Ensuring that systems are safe, stable, and operational for our internal users and developers
Understanding the needs of customers and conveying this to developers
Working with software developers and software engineers to ensure that development follows established processes and works as intended
Skills And Qualifications:
Experienced DevOps Support Engineer with a work experience of 2 years
Experience with Cloud Platform such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) / Microsoft Azure
Familiarity with CI/CD tools and version control tools (Azure DevOps pipelines, Jenkins, Git, JFrog Artifactory).
Experience with Kubernetes& Docker
Experience with Azure DevOps Services
Strong scripting capabilities– PowerShell, Bash or similar (Python).
Experience with configuration management using tools like Chef, Ansible.
Strong troubleshooting, debugging and problem analysis skills.
Microsoft SQL Server and Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) – an advantage.
Highly detailed methodical approach in problem-solving
Team spirit and customer-oriented approach are MUST
