Job Description

Position Summary

As a senior cybersecurity solutions leader, you will be responsible for driving the development & commercialization of Visa's cybersecurity offering across key markets in CEMEA.

You will work closely with Visa's clients, partners, and internal teams to identify, customize, and scale opportunities that establish Visa's position as a player in the cybersecurity space. You will also provide feedback and insights to Visa's solutions teams to help shape the future of Visa's cybersecurity solutions.

Principle Responsibilities/Key Results Area:

  • Lead product discovery, product management, product deployment and integration services in the domain of cybersecurity

  • Establish and develop strategy and go-to-market vision for new solutions 

  • Develop a pipeline of new revenue generating solutions working with the global teams and partners 

  • Proactively engage with clients to support commercial efforts

  • Support sellers with expertise, resource allocation, collaboration on strategy and solutions 

  • Execute strategy with leadership by providing commercialization guidance, prioritization, influencing merchant and issuers, providing oversight of product-related deals and contract terms, support brokering of deals and partnership, etc.  

  • Present Visa’s vision and products to ecosystem partners, clients, executives 

  • Partner with the market teams to build and disseminate best practices across the region 

  • Contribute to the development of sales collateral, case studies, and other materials that showcase the effectiveness of cybersecurity solutions.

  • Differentiate Visa, in coordination with Corporate Communications, via media messages on our Cybersecurity Risk VAS offerings

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Extensive knowledge of the cybersecurity landscape, trends, challenges, and solutions
- Experience of advising and selling solutions to Cybersecurity leaders
- This role requires a dynamic & seasoned leader with the ability to conceptualize, drive and execute complex strategic outcomes by coordinating closely with client executives with the ability to present technical Cybersecurity product specifications to clients, partners and executive leadership
- Strong product management skills and proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and relationship building skills, with the ability to synthesize complex and technical information into clear recommendations on course of action.
- Result-oriented and initiative-taking personality that proactively seeks to generate impact for both clients and within Visa
- Ability to articulate complex technical concepts and value propositions in a clear and compelling way
- Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (business, IT, cybersecurity, etc.)
advanced degree or relevant certifications would be advantageous.
- Proven experience in senior-level sales roles within the cybersecurity industry.
- Previous experience in CEMEA markets would be preferrable
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
