Job Description

Forescout Technologies is seeking an engaging and employee-focused Executive Assistant for their high-energy, multi-cultural team. The role involves providing administrative support to multiple executives and light office management in a hybrid work environment. Responsibilities include managing calendars, coordinating meetings, arranging domestic and international travel, preparing and reconciling expense reports, supporting meeting preparation, prioritizing deadlines, acting as a liaison for office needs, and occasional travel for offsite events. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, proactive, and possess excellent communication and time management skills, with high discretion for confidential matters and strong problem-solving abilities.

What You Will Do 
Forescout has an excellent opportunity for an engaging and employee-focused Executive Assistant to join our high-energy, multi-cultural, world-changing team. 
 
Are you a seasoned Executive Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment? We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive professional to support multiple executives and provide light office management at our Virginia location. This is a hybrid role, with occasional in-office presence required.
 
In this role, you will be responsible for the following:
 
  • Provide administrative support to executive team. 
  • Manage calendars and coordinate internal/external meetings. 
  • Arrange domestic and international travel. 
  • Prepare and reconcile expense reports and purchase requisitions. 
  • Support meeting preparation, presentations, and documentation. 
  • Prioritize and manage multiple deadlines and sensitive information. 
  • Act as a liaison and point of contact for office needs; support light office management and facilities coordination. 
  • Occasional travel to support offsite events.

  • 3+ years of experience supporting senior executives.

  • Experience in a hybrid or fast-paced work environment preferred.
