Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the media division and wider media team with their day-to-day duties relating to developing strategic channel/media approaches that routinely impress and excite clients. The key role of a media executive is to shape and execute effective advertising campaigns for clients. Your job will be to identify & advise how to reach target audiences, prepare media plans, launch campaigns, create reports and evaluate campaign performance, report back to the wider team and the client on the findings and recommendation.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of media plans for clients, including analyzing the market and consumer data, identifying target audiences, and selecting media channels.
  • Is aware and understands the importance of set key performance indicators and is an active member in achieving them. 
  • Collaborate with other members of the planning team and cross-functional teams to develop and execute effective media strategies.
  • Support the wider media team with their day-to-day duties relating to developing strategic channel/media approaches.
  • Manage day-to-day client relationships and communications.
     

Technical & Product

  • Ability to understand the client's brief, ask relevant questions and plan media channels (media plan & recommendation) based on client's objectives 
  • To create and manage MRF Sheet and cooperate closely with the creative agency ensuring timely receipt of material and go live dates
  • To Traffic digital campaigns and connect with TAAG team to ensure proper implementation 
  • To follow up with media and creative agency on proper implementation of campaigns (implementation reports)
  • Manage campaign launches, which includes client's expectations management (in case any delays / challenges etc.)
  • To ensure booking by administration team is timely and accurate
  • To prepare client status reports (in the format required by the client e.g. Monday.com)
  • To prepare reports and optimization recommendation in required format
  • Supervision of invoicing process
  • Ability to understand the client's brief and plan media channels based on the client's objectives.
  • Creating and managing MRF sheets, cooperating closely with the creative agency for timely receipt of material and go-live dates.
  • Trafficking digital campaigns, connecting with TAAG team, and ensuring proper implementation.
  • Following up with media and creative agencies for proper implementation of campaigns and preparing implementation reports.
  • Managing campaign launches, including client expectation management.
  • Ensuring timely and accurate booking by administration team.
  • Preparing client status reports in the format required by the client.
  • Preparing reports and optimization recommendations.
  • Supervision of invoicing process.
  • Familiarity with MS Office 365 software suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc..).
  • Experience with various media planning and buying tools and platforms such as Z/X Plan, Statex, Global web Index(GWI), Euromonitor, World Advertising Research Center (WARC), Similar Web, etc.
  • Knowledge on various industry digital planning tools such as DV360, Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, Snap Chat Ads Manager, Twitter Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager.
  • Familiarity with digital media and emerging technologies.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data and market research.
  • Have a commercial mindset, able to understand the importance of driving ROI for both business partners and agency.

Business Acumen & Operational Efficiency

  • In-depth knowledge of advertising products, formats, channels and always up to date on any new products in market. 
  • Knowledge in the various Digital platform (Programmatic Display, Video, Social, Search)
  • In-depth knowledge of advertising products, formats, channels, and always up to date on any new products in the market. 
  • Understanding of the advertising and media industry and the role of media planning within it. 
  • Experience with budget management and the ability to optimize media spending.
  • Strong Time & project management skills and attention to detail. 
  • Familiar with various industry digital planning tools like DV360, Google ads, Meta Business Manager, Snap Chat ads manager, Twitter ads manager, and TikTok Ads manager is a plus. . .

Additional Information

  • BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field - which means that the talent can join the team and start immediately putting together: media plans, reports, optimization recommendations, MRFs - for online & offline media.
  • Proven working experience of at least 2 years in media planning (online & offline)
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field. 
  • 1-2 years of experience in media planning (Offline & Online) or a related role. 
  • Strong organizational skills, team player, ability to multitask, and work under pressure.
  • Certifications on digital platforms is a plus.
