The responsibilities include driving business influence through the Expert Field Force transformation agenda.

The Expert Lead is a key ambassador for Expert Marketing, responsible for shaping strategies that drive expert recommendations, leading to incremental sales, brand growth, and category expansion across Latin America. This role provides marketing leadership at both the global and business unit (BU) level, ensuring strong execution and stakeholder alignment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the shift from traditional marketing methods to omni-channel engagement models across LatAm.
  • Expand HCP engagement across multiple audiences (dentists, GPs, pharmacists) while improving content, sampling, and efficiency tracking.
  • Enhance capabilities beyond scientific expertise, driving business influence through the Expert Field Force transformation agenda.
  • Work closely with GMs, sales teams, medical compliance, and regulatory stakeholders to maximize expert influence.
  • Foster an entrepreneurial culture, guide a diverse team, and embed structured change management processes to adapt to market dynamics.
  • Establish robust KPIs, analytics, and expert engagement metrics to optimize effectiveness.
