Summary

This part-time Field Researcher role at Hong Kong Disneyland involves conducting interviews with guests and collecting data for in-park research studies in outdoor areas. Daily interaction with guests and providing assistance as needed are key aspects of the job. Weekday shifts are required, Monday to Friday, according to company-determined rosters. The role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills and fluency in Cantonese, English, and Putonghua. Previous customer service or interview experience and a tertiary education in a related field (Hotel, Hospitality, Tourism Management) are preferred but not mandatory. The successful candidate will contribute to providing a world-class guest experience at Hong Kong Disneyland.

Job Summary:

This part time role will need to work in shifts according to rosters determined by the Company-
Weekday part time: available to work on Mondays to Fridays
Weekend part time: available to work on Saturdays, Sundays & all Public Holidays

Responsibilities:

Conduct interviews with guests and collect data for all in-park research studies at outdoor areas
Interact with guests on a daily basis and provide assistance if necessary

Basic Qualifications:

Ability to speak Cantonese, English and Putonghua
Ability to conduct an interview to collect response in a logical manner
Good communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications:

The following qualifications are preferred, but not necessary:

Previous work experience in customer service / field or telephone interview preferred
Tertiary education qualification from Hotel, Hospitality, Tourism Management, or related courses

Schedule Availability
Our Theme Park and Resort Hotels operate 365 days a year. Candidates will need to work shifts according to a roster that is determined by the Company.
