Financial Analyst, FP&A

Wanna Join the Adventure? Loft is looking for a Junior FP&A Staff based out of our Toulouse office to support our French FP&A Manager in forecasting, reporting, and scaling our global business. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in financial planning and analysis within a supportive and collaborative environment. Your interest in learning more about practical applications in corporate finance, accounting, and project management will help to uplevel all areas of the global and French specific Finance function. About This Role:

• Assist in daily financial operations and support the finance team in tracking and managing expenses.
• Utilize financial tools such as Anaplan, NetSuite, and Excel to maintain and update financial records and forecasts.
• Collaborate with the French FP&A Manager to prepare and analyze financial reports.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of financial processes and procedures.
• Support in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
• Assist in ad-hoc financial analysis and projects as needed.

Must Haves:

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• First experience is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with Anaplan and NetSuite is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills in both French and English.
• Familiarity with financial planning and analysis principles.
