Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Financial Controller to join our dynamic finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing various aspects of the accounting function, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and providing support to the finance team.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger accounting.
  • Prepare and analyze monthly and annual financial statements, ensuring compliance with IFRS standards.
  • Prepare and submit statutory financial reports to the parent company, a publicly traded company abroad.
  • Assist in the budgeting and forecasting process, monitoring actual performance against budget and providing variance analysis.
  • Develop and implement efficient accounting processes and procedures to improve accuracy and efficiency.
  • Conduct analytical reviews of the company's financial performance, including client profitability analysis.
  • Provide timely and accurate financial information and support to management, employees, and clients.
  • Manage the customer billing process and vendor payment process.

Qualifications

  • CPA with prior experience in one of the big 4 accounting firms.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Assistant Controller or 2 + years' experience post internship
  • Experience with financial reporting for publicly traded companies, including IFRS reporting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Hebrew and English.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential.
