The Remote Operations Center (ROC) and Cross Module Support (CMS) Shift Group Leader (SGL) in Far Back End and Sort Organization (FSO) will be responsible for managing Compressed Work Week (CWW) Technicians. This is for one open positions for Compressed Work Weeknight shift.
The two potential night shifts are Shift 4:(Nights front-end) 6:30 PM-7AM Sunday-Tuesday and alternating Saturdays. Or Shift 6: (Nights back-end) 6:30 PM-7AM Wednesday to Saturday and alternating Saturday night
The FSO ROC/ CMS SGL is responsible for, but not be limited to:
-Works a compressed schedule and reports directly to the ROC/COS/CMS Area Manager.
-Plans, provides resources, troubleshoots, and directs activities to meet all aspects of area shift performance in terms of Safety, Quality, Output, Velocity, Cost -Ensures consistency of 24x7 team operating policies and procedures.
-Coordinates activities with other areas and departments such as COS, Module SGLs, Automation, eFIT coordinator to resolve issues effectively and escalate as appropriate in a timely manner.
-Responsible for the development and management of the Manufacturing Technicians, promoting positive working relations between peer group, managers, engineers, and technicians.
-Effectively influences the organization to drive continuous improvement to sustain high quality manufacturing excellence.
-Owns shift schedule including workstation assignments/rotations, employee training, employee vacations, employee breaks, overtime assignment and backup for absent employees
-Accountable and responsible for shift performance -Back-up support for Captain of the Ship (COS)- owner of factory performance and output on shift.

Minimum Qualifications:
- The candidate must have a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Chemistry, Physics, or related field, and 1+ years' experience in a fab production environment is required.

Preferred Qualifications:
-Previous management experience.
-Experience with manufacturing operation systems and WIP management fundamentals.
-Have a sound technical understanding of wafer equipment, processes, and flows.
-Capacity to provide good examples of exerting influence with other organizations and management.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in the US:
$85,650.00-$120,920.00Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience.
