Prosperis, backed by blue-chip companies like BITMAIN and Animoca Brands, is tokenizing institutional-grade Bitcoin mining power. They're building the largest DAO-owned Bitcoin miner and treasury. As a Full Stack Engineer, you'll collaborate on designing, developing, and deploying new features for their dApp. Responsibilities include integrating blockchain technology with front-end and back-end systems, conducting code reviews, troubleshooting production issues, and maintaining documentation. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in Web3 development, particularly with DeFi projects, and be proficient in technologies such as Ethereum/Solidity, React/Next.js, Node.js, and relevant Web3 libraries.
Must have:
- 3-5 years Web3 experience (DeFi preferred)
- Solidity/Ethereum, React/Next.js expertise
- Node.js, GraphQL, PostgreSQL knowledge
- Web3 libraries (web3.js, ethers.js)
- Smart contract integration
Good to have:
- Solana/Rust experience
- IPFS, MetaMask, WalletConnect familiarity
- Experience with RWA tokenization

We are seeking a talented and experienced Full Stack Engineer with Web3 expertise to join Prosper! As part of a diverse, multidisciplinary team, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing new features and upgrades to Prosper’s dApp end-to-end.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to define, design, and deploy new features / dApps for Prosper’s protocol.
- Develop and optimize for secure, high-quality code, including integrations with smart contracts and other on-chain data & services.
- Integrate blockchain technology with front-end and back-end systems.
- Conduct code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure the highest quality standards.
- Monitor dApp technical performance and troubleshoot production issues and implement fixes & enhancements.
- Maintain clear technical documentation and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in blockchain and related technology.
Requirements/Skill Sets
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience (at least 3 to 5 years) as a Full Stack Developer or Engineer working with Web3 (of which preferably DeFi) projects. Relevant experience with Web2 apps and start-ups is also considered.
- Familiarity with blockchain technologies such as Ethereum / Solidity, Solana / Rust, etc.
- Strong knowledge of Web3 libraries / tools, such as web3.js, ethers.js, IPFS, MetaMask, WallectConnect, various token standards, etc.
- Experience with front-end development using modern frameworks like React / Next.js.
- Familiarity with back-end technologies such as Node.js, GraphQL, and PostgreSQL.
- Familiarity with collaboration tools such as Figma, Slack, and Notion.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, a proactive mindset, and a passion for tokenized Real-World Assets (RWA).
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team located across the world.
- Driven, with strong willingness to learn and adapt rapidly to evolving landscapes within Web3, as well as changing business needs.
