Position Overview: The Global Events team at Diligent is rapidly expanding to enhance our support for business unit partners, participation in third-party events, and excellence in Diligent-hosted events. With a lean team, we are seeking an intern to help scale our events function and improve our market presence and brand activation. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Elevate User Conference: Assist in the initial planning stages, including registration building and speaker management. 

• Strategic Third-Party Events: Support event planning and logistics for four key events from June to August. 

• Event Asset Management: Help maintain our inventory of event assets and the system used to manage them, enabling effective execution of non-strategic events. 

• Training and Documentation: Co-produce training materials and process documentation to ensure event excellence across all events. 

• Ad-Hoc Projects: Take ownership of various projects to support the execution of first-party events.
