As a Global Transmedia Content Producer, you will be responsible for supporting the production of transmedia content from its inception to release. This includes collaborating with stakeholders to create, review, and approve tie-in products, ensuring they align with brand pillars and strategies. Your role involves overseeing content production, managing project coordination across internal and external teams, and developing creative assets for promotion. You will also support the creation of presentation decks for various committees. This position is a fixed-term contract for 9 months, requiring a good understanding of the entertainment industry and strong project management skills.

Position

Within the EMEA Headquarters, you will join the Content Creation & Publishing (CCP) department under the responsibility of the Transmedia Manager.

In collaboration with various stakeholders (Global Content Creation & Publishing Director, Art Director, Narrative Director, Licensing team, licensees, production companies, etc.), you will support the production of transmedia contents from inception to release. You will create, review, approve and follow-up the production of several tie-in products.

You will also help carrying out the global Transmedia Strategy for a portfolio of products to maximize the brand awareness and revenues on our Ips.


Your main responsibilities include (non-exhaustive list):


Transmedia content creation:

  • Collaborate with all IP stakeholders (Global Content Creation & Publishing Director, Franchise Narrative Director, Global Marketing team, Global Production team) and external partners (writers,, production companies, licensing partners, developers, etc.) to create and produce successful transmedia contents aligned with the brand pillars and brand strategy
  • Supervise the production of one or several content within the publishing or podcasting segment working closely with external partners such as writers, artists, publishers or production companies,
  • Ensure the content reach the higher level of quality within a specific timeframe and budget while being aligned with the brand pillars and strategy

Projects follow up and team coordination:

  • Ensure optimal project coordination throughout external teams (publisher, production companies, artists, writers, etc.) and internal teams (Production, Go-To-Market, Sales, Printed Materials, Bandai Namco Entertainment America, Bandai Namco Entertainment Asia, etc.), 1 parties, licensors, etc. to ensure the creation of the most adequate content
  • Follow the development and story adaptations of each piece of content to update the IP’s story world bible tool
  • Communicate these changes to all the internal team (Production, Marketing, etc.), ensuring the future content creation efforts will be aligned with the global story strategy and brand pillars

Support and promotion:

  • Develop creative assets in cooperation with the creative agencies and Global Marketing team for the content supervised, including covers, key art, icons, trailers, media advertising, etc.
  • Support the creation and maintenance of presentation decks at different phases of the project’s life cycle towards various committees (Global Marketing Meetings, Publishing Committee, Editorial Committee, etc.)

Requirements

  • Relevant bachelor’s degree required, MBA preferred
  • Significant and proven experience in production of transmedia content
  • High command of English is mandatory
  • Good knowledge of the entertainment industry in general (toys, comics, novels, podcasts, boardgames, TV series, movie industry, etc.)
  • Good understanding of marketing strategies
  • Ability to manage multiple complex projects in parallel
  • Excellent organisation and time management ability
  • Strong analytical skills to enable you to process and summarize large amounts of information quickly
  • Flexibility
  • Good communication skills so that you can adapt to international and various audiences
  • Creativity, passionate about all entertainment forms
  • Willingness to travel on business required
