Graphic Designer

We are looking for a Graphic Designer to join the Alconost team.

At Alconost, we provide translations into foreign languages, localize apps and games, create videos, and conduct contextual advertising.Our clients are companies that create and sell software, websites, and games. Alconost's mission is to help such companies reach foreign markets.

Requirements:

1. English skills: B1 or higher
2. Technical Proficiency
   - Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
   - Figma
   - Experience with AI-powered design tools (Midjourney, Canva)
   - Basic animation tools and skills (Canva, After Effects, Lottie, or similar)
3. Basic illustration skills
4. Experience in creating marketing materials (banners, social media carousels, infographics)
5. Strong portfolio demonstrating experience with marketing materials, digital design, and basic illustration work (optional)
6. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
7. High productivity and fast turnaround times
8. Attention to detail and a strong eye for design
9. Ability to work effectively in a team

Responsibilities:

1. Create marketing visuals from scratch based on briefs, including:
   • Social media graphics and carousel posts
   • Marketing banners and advertising materials
   • Infographics and data visualization
   • eBooks and digital publications
   • Brand Collateral (product feature announcements, client success stories, educational content)
2. Enhance and modify AI-generated creative content
3. Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials
4. Create basic animations for digital marketing needs
5. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective visual solutions
6. Meet project deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
