What will be the key Responsibilities:
- Growth Hacking & Experiments
- Identify, prioritize, and execute high-impact growth initiatives and experiments.
- Develop innovative strategies to acquire, retain, and engage users across multiple channels.
- Analyze experiment outcomes to optimize strategies and drive measurable results.
- App Store Optimization (ASO)
- Optimize app titles, descriptions, keywords, and visuals to improve discoverability and downloads.
- Monitor and analyze app performance metrics to ensure continuous improvement.
- Conduct competitive analysis and implement insights to enhance app rankings.
- Social Media Marketing & App Promotions
- Plan, create, and execute social media campaigns that drive user acquisition and engagement.
- Leverage social platforms and influencers to amplify app promotions.
- Track and measure campaign performance, making data-informed adjustments.
- Branding & Awareness
- Develop strategies to enhance brand visibility and positioning in the market.
- Create compelling narratives and assets that resonate with target audiences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain brand consistency.
- Press Releases & Public Relations
- Craft and distribute impactful press releases to communicate product updates and milestones.
- Build relationships with media outlets, bloggers, and industry influencers to secure coverage.
- Revenue Growth & Optimization
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to design revenue-boosting strategies.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize customer lifetime value.
- Use analytics tools to track the performance and ROI of all growth initiatives.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Min 3+ years of experience
- Strong analytical skills and experience with tools like Google Analytics, App Store Connect, etc.
- Proven track record in growth hacking, digital marketing, or a similar role.
- Expertise in ASO, social media marketing, and user acquisition strategies.
- Exceptional storytelling and content creation skills.
- Knowledge of A/B testing and experimental frameworks.
- Basic understanding of design tools for creating promotional materials.
