Responsibilities:
岗位职责
1、负责HOK的营销推广工作，基于游戏版本内容、节点及电竞赛事，制定营销策略、策划重点推广campaign，并进行落地执行；
2、能够有效分析当前版本内容，结合流行趋势及市场环节提炼用户沟通点，整合多项营销手段，输出市场营销方案；
3、基于推广方案，协同运营、电竞、UA、及各区域团队，整合游戏内及海外多区域资源，实现最终推广落地，并持续探索新的营销能力；
4、结合营销推广、产品转化与用研数据，复盘宣传效果，优化后续推广工作。
Requirements:
岗位要求
1、在市场营销\推广策划方面有5年及以上经验，具备全案策划、落地执行、效果评估的全营销链路经验，熟悉创意设计、网红推广、玩家活动、公关传播、媒介投放、线下活动等营销手段的基本逻辑及效果验收方法；
2、具备较强业务增长导向，具备良好的数据与用研意识，能够将各类传播效果与产品数据增长相关联，注重以营销提升产品数据表现；
3、了解海外重点社媒平台的内容和爆款逻辑，对海外流行趋势及热梗有敏锐触觉，能将热点内容转化为创意，乐于探索新鲜事物；
4、游戏玩家，具备MOBA及其他游戏品类的深度体验经验，能从玩家角度拆解产品乐趣点；
5、学习与执行能力强，能以开放、包容的心态应对跨文化沟通，团队协作意识强，承压能力强。英文流利，能用于工作语言。
