Job Title: Human Resource Operations Intern
Location: Gurugram, Haryana
Job Type: Internship (Full Time)
Duration: 1 month

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Human Resource Operations Intern to support the HR operations team in the day-to-day execution of HR processes. The ideal candidate will assist with key HR functions, including employee records management, compliance, payroll support, and other HR administrative tasks. This internship is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain practical experience in HR operations and learn about the backend processes that keep an HR department running efficiently

Responsibilities:

Assist in managing and coordinating campus drives to recruit top talent.
Oversee intern management, ensuring smooth onboarding and support for interns.
Contribute to the creation and implementation of training modules for employee development.
Support the formulation of company policies and assist in policy documentation.
Assist with employee onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for new hires.
Participate in the administration of employee benefits, including health insurance, leave management, and retirement plans.
Assist in preparing and processing HR documents such as offer letters, employment contracts, and employee change forms.
Help streamline HR processes by identifying areas for improvement in workflow and system operations.
Coordinate with the HR team to ensure seamless communication and execution of operational tasks.
Provide general administrative support to the HR Operations team, such as filing, scheduling, and data entry.

Qualifications:

Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong interest in HR operations and back-end processes.
Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
