  • Serve as a product expert for new site deployments—testing, diagnosing, and resolving issues to ensure seamless, on-time commissioning.
  • Assess hardware and software design changes, conducting in-market or regional testing as needed.
  • Build software tools that streamline commissioning tasks, minimize escalations, and proactively flag field issues.
  • Use Python (or similar) and large-scale data platforms to develop analytics and diagnostic tools, revealing performance and reliability trends across Tesla’s global fleet.
What You’ll Bring
  • Completed or currently pursuing a degree in Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics or a related field
  • Solid engineering fundamentals and intuition, especially for firmware/software-enabled systems
  • Understanding of power systems and electronics
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, maintaining a proactive, solution-focused attitude when faced with very challenging problems
