Job Description
Tesla's Body Repair Program seeks a Body Repair Service Advisor/Junior Estimator in O'Connor. Responsibilities include managing work schedules, liaising between customer specialists and the body shop, preparing vehicle arrivals, handling WARP and CCC administration, communicating with customers, coordinating rental cars, providing vehicle status updates, reordering materials, reviewing repairs and delivery, and assisting estimators with admin and scheduling. This role requires excellent communication, ability to follow instructions, and Microsoft Office experience. Automotive collision repair experience and I-Car Australia certification are pluses. The position offers the chance to work with cutting-edge tools and processes within a growing, innovative company.
Must have:
- 3+ years automotive collision repair experience (preferred)
- Excellent communication & ability to follow instructions
- Microsoft Office experience
- Valid Driver's License and good driving record
- Willingness to train others
Good to have:
- I-Car Australia certification

What You’ll Do- Maintain work schedule
- Liaise between Customer Claim Specialists and the Body Shop
- Prepare vehicle arrival
- WARP and CCC administration arrival
- Communicate with customers and meet expectation
- Coordinate rental car and hand off
- Provide update on vehicle’s status
- Reorder material and supplies
- Review repair and delivery
- Perform other related duties as assigned
- Assist Estimators with admin, scheduling, ad hoc tasks
- 3+ years of experience in the automotive collision repair industry is a plus
- Any certification in I-Car Australia is a plus
- Valid Driver’s License and a good driving record
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as the ability to follow instructions well
- Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with those contacted in the course of work
- Microsoft Office experience preferred
- Must be willing to train others
- Must be comfortable working in a collision shop environment
- Ability to work independently in limited supervision environments
