Job Description

An MSH Business Development Manager will play a critical role in helping to grow the MSH Resource Management division by helping MSH clients connect to the right resources. The Business Development Manager (BDM) in IT Staffing is responsible for driving business growth by identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and promoting the company's staffing solutions to prospective clients. The BDM will work closely with the recruitment team to ensure client needs are met with high-quality IT staffing solutions.

Responsibilities of Business Development Manager:

Client Acquisition:

  • Identify and target potential clients in need of IT staffing solutions.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to secure new business.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends and client needs.

Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for key clients and handle client inquiries and concerns.
  • Regularly meet with clients to discuss their staffing needs and present appropriate solutions.

Sales Strategy:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients.
  • Negotiate terms of business with clients to close deals.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure the delivery of high-quality candidates.
  • Could you collaborate with marketing to develop promotional materials and campaigns?
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Performance Tracking:

  • Set and track sales targets and metrics.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales activities and results.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field. An MBA is a plus. Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in IT staffing or a related industry.Skills:

  • Strong understanding of IT staffing and the technology industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
