Preferred School/Course of Intern: Undergraduate students from

Chemical Eng, Pharmaceutical Science, Life sciences, Food Sciences and related disciplines.

We are looking for a dynamic, energetic intern to assist Innovation & Development team in delivering innovation projects for Haleon Consumer Health R&D. The intern will work under supervision of the Wider Asia Innovation & Development Lead and collaborate with other functions of commercial, innovation, manufacturing, medical, regulatory, insights and R&D scientists in the company to provide appropriate and timely input into our R&D projects

Responsibilities:

You will be required to:

• Perform comprehensive, sophisticated and critical evaluation of technical data during product development phase.
• Coordinate discussion and close collaboration with cross functional teams and successfully integrate their inputs to charted key NPD milestone.
• Preparation of technical reports/ presentations.
• Assist Wider Asia Innovation & Development Lead in create technical and product understanding research plans to fit overall project deliverables.,
• Supports the team with other miscellaneous product related project/ development activities when required.

Throughout the course of the internship, you will attain the following learning objectives:

• Learn about strategic product development with exposure to strategic NPD planning process and what it takes to launch a product in the market.
• Acquire a strong technical understanding on the requirements to deliver innovation.
• Gain hands-on in-depth analytical skills by researching, analysing and reviewing technical data information.
• Serve as the voice of the consumer when developing innovation opportunities.
• Exposure to highly matrixed environment and experience of partnering with different functional teams.

• Educational background – degree in Chemical, Pharmaceutical, Engineering or related science (Food science).
