Job Description

This internship focuses on system engineering and automation. The primary duties involve developing automation scripts and workflows using Python and AI tools to enhance IT operations and business processes. The intern will leverage open-source technologies, integrate AI for predictive analysis, automate infrastructure tasks, and integrate automation with business applications. They will work with APIs, cloud platforms, and containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes. Documentation and knowledge-sharing sessions are also part of the role.
Must have:
  • Proficiency in Python and scripting for automation.
  • Experience with AI tools, machine learning, or automation libraries.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Knowledge of Cloud computing (AWS), containerization, and APIs.
  • Experience with open-source technologies and Git.
  • Strong problem-solving skills for scalable automation.

Job Details

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develop automation scripts and workflows using Python and AI tools to enhance IT operations and business processes.
  • Leverage open-source technologies to build scalable automation solutions for system engineering tasks.
  • Use AI tools to develop integrations for predictive analysis and intelligent decision-making in IT workflows.
  • Assist in automating infrastructure provisioning, monitoring, and troubleshooting using modern DevOps tools.
  • Integrate automation with business applications to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual tasks.
  • Work with APIs, cloud platforms, and containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes for automation.
  • Document automation workflows and provide knowledge-sharing sessions for the team. 

Education & Experience

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Information Technology

Skills

  • Proficiency in Python and scripting for automation.
  • Experience with AI tools, machine learning frameworks, or automation libraries and SDKs for integration.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines.
  • Knowledge of Cloud computing (AWS), containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and APIs.
  • Hands-on experience with open-source technologies and version control systems like Git.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to design and implement scalable automation solutions.

Working Conditions

  • Onsite work 

Physical Requirements

  • May be required to sit at a desk for extended periods of time, working on a computer or troubleshooting hardware or software.
