Easygo seeks an Internal Communications Lead to spearhead effective communication strategies. Responsibilities include developing and implementing internal comms plans, managing Slack usage and channel management, facilitating project launches and change readiness, and acting as the gatekeeper for all internal content. The ideal candidate will possess strong strategic thinking, detail-orientation, and the ability to adapt messaging for diverse audiences within the gambling and streaming industries. The role requires experience with communication tools, change management, and a proven ability to create impactful communications.

This includes disseminating best practices around Slack usage, channel management, and effective communication. Additionally, you will facilitate the launch of projects, ensuring change readiness within internal teams and be a key player in shaping our communication tools as we scale globally. You will act as the gatekeeper for all internal content ensuring clarity, consistency, and strategic alignment in our messaging.

You will play a critical role in shaping our internal messaging. This role requires someone who can think strategically at a high level while also diving into the details—whether it’s crafting a company-wide communication plan or fine-tuning a LinkedIn post. You’ll need to absorb and simplify complex information across diverse industries (gambling and streaming), quickly adapt your communication style, and ensure clarity across all levels of the organization. Agility, precision, and the ability to translate ideas into impactful messaging are key. What you will do:

Given the dynamic nature of this role, responsibilities and projects will consistently evolve. However, the following outlines the initial key areas:

  • Facilitate the introduction and adoption of internal platforms and communications channels like Slack, ensuring maximum uptake and utilisation
  • Help to drive engagement for new releases and compulsory training by consulting with key stakeholders on effective comms
  • Partner with departments to facilitate internal communications/change/training/documentation for projects rollout
  • Develop and execute an internal comms strategy and plan includes various channels and methods to engage employees
  • Act as the ‘gatekeeper’ of the company's voice, ensuring consistency and coherence in all internal messaging and communications.
  • Ensure alignment with external corporate channels (e.g. website, LinkedIn, PR) Lead internal communication initiatives from the executive team, advising on company-wide comms, tone of voice and appropriate audience
  • Partner with senior leaders offering strategic communications guidance to support the company's vision, mission, and business objectives. Develop and recommend communication strategies and approaches that enhance executive messaging and company-wide engagement.
  • Lead the integration of Slack Enterprise, promoting best practices for effective communication, channel organisation, and overall usage
  • Ensure major announcements are delivered in an appropriate and timely manner and collaborate with various internal teams to ensure effective change management and optimal communication strategies.

What you will bring: 

  • Minimum 5 years in a communications, change management, or related role
  • Proficiency in understanding and implementing communication tools like Slack
  • Demonstrated capability in change management and organisational communication strategies
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Experience working in multicultural, multinational company
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications or a similar field
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies
  • Experience in corporate communications or internal training programs
  • Ability to think strategically while executing detailed communications, quickly absorb and simplify complex information across gambling and streaming industries, adapt messaging for different audiences, and seamlessly shift from high-level planning to hands-on content creation.

Bonus points if:

  • Certification in Change Management or related fields
  • Established media contacts and relationships in the entertainment, gaming or streaming industries
  • Additional language skills
  • Global experience working across diverse markets and cross-cultural environment
