ABOUT THE TEAM In 2011, we launched our own collection with the mission of presenting the latest trend / fast fashion products at affordable prices. The Trendyol Private Label Team combines fashion with technology at every process from Design to Production and Supply Chain, working closely with our partners to deliver the same goal: Offering our customers the perfect fashion shopping experience!

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manage the development of annual, seasonal, and monthly merchandising plans including sales, margin, and inventory that align with the company’s objectives
  • Carry out the budget, sales analysis, and reporting process of the responsible region
  • Plan campaigns and discounts based on the sales performance of all products
  • Responsible for in-season management in partnership with related teams (merchandising, buying, global planning) to achieve inventory and commercial targets
  • Inform relevant teams through category and product-based analysis and determine necessary actions
  • Lead weekly trading meetings, identify root causes, and uncover opportunities to drive growth
  • Manage local warehouse processes based on product sales performance
  • Work closely with Category, Central Planning, Growth, and Marketplace teams to achieve commercial and quality targets
  • Analyse and interpret marketing data (views, conversions, search trends) and provide strategic direction to the category

QUALITIES WE'RE LOOKING FOR
  • University degree, preferably in an analytical discipline (e.g. Engineering or Business)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Merchandise Planning or a related field
  • Strong analytical and customer-oriented thinking skills
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Good command of English
  • Eagerness to collaborate with different functions within the company
  • Highly analytical and comfortable working with complex data sets
  • Creative problem solver who thrives in ambiguous situations
  • This position includes Specialist and Senior Specialist titles/roles

We offer a hybrid model that combines the productivity of remote work with the bonding and collaboration of in-office work. Teams are expected to work from our offices on designated days each week, fostering team spirit, creativity and cross team collaboration as part of our culture.
We also provide a summer working model, with a two-month fully remote work opportunity during July and  August.
The hybrid working model only applies to hybrid roles; on-site roles require regular office presence.
