About Your team

The Commerce team plays a key role in driving company growth by managing supplier and merchant partnerships, developing assortment and pricing strategies, and negotiating purchase terms. We do business expansion through new market entry, the launch of strategic product categories, and ongoing portfolio optimization. Our target is to deliver an additional €200 million in GMV by the end of 2026.

About You

We’re looking for a Business Development Manager to join our growing Commerce team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment, loves closing high-impact deals, and is excited about building and leading a team. You’ll play a critical role in launching new markets, acquiring top-tier suppliers, and shaping the future of digital commerce at Eneba.

As Business Development Manager at Eneba, you’ll lead a cluster of high-impact initiatives focused on growth, partnerships, and market strategy. Your work will range from closing major supplier deals to entering new categories, markets.


Responsibilities

    • Own business development efforts across one or more focus areas (e.g. gaming, digital value, prepaid cards, or global partnerships).
    • Identify and close key supplier and partner deals to expand Eneba’s product offering and geographical reach.
    • Develop go-to-market strategies for new categories or regions, including pricing, compliance, and market-entry plans.
    • Work closely with leadership to develop business cases, project plans, and execution roadmaps.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, including C-level decision-makers.
    • Conduct competitive research and market deep-dives to surface new growth opportunities.
    • Collaborate with product, finance, legal, and data teams to bring initiatives to life.
    • Lead and mentor a small cross-functional team of associates and analysts.
    • Help shape the operational foundation of Eneba’s future commerce organization.

Requirements

    • 4–7 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or category management.
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, comfortable leading conversations with senior stakeholders.
    • Experience in e-commerce, gaming, gift cards, or digital goods is a big plus.
    • Capable of working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
    • Leadership potential - whether you've managed teams or not, you're ready to take that step.
    • Entrepreneurial spirit and hands-on attitude: you roll up your sleeves and make things happen.
