Role Overview: The Recovery Manager will play a crucial role in managing and recovering outstanding payments from customers. Responsibilities:

● Oversee and manage the recovery of overdue payments from customers.

● Develop and implement effective recovery strategies to minimize delinquency rates.

● Contact customers via phone, email, and letters to remind them of their outstanding payments.

● Negotiate repayment plans and settlements with customers in a fair and respectful manner.

● Maintain accurate records of all recovery activities and interactions with customers.

● Collaborate with the legal team to escalate cases where necessary.

● Provide regular reports on recovery status and progress to senior management.

● Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations regarding debt recovery.

Requirements:

● Minimum 1-2 years of experience in recovery management or a similar role in financial services.

● Strong communication and negotiation skills.

● Ability to handle difficult conversations and resolve conflicts effectively.

● Proficiency in using recovery management software and MS Office.

● High level of integrity and professionalism.

● Fluency in Hindi and English.
