Job Summary
Job Description
We are looking for a talented and experienced Java Technical Lead to join our team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining RESTful APIs for web-based applications using Java and Spring Boot. You will also be responsible for integrating Apache Kafka messaging, implementing security protocols, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Must have:
- Extensive hands-on experience building APIs for web based applications
- 9+ years of strong Java/Spring boot based backend experience building REST based APIs
- Ability to design APIs and systems ensuring high performance, scalability
- 8+ years of experience with PL/SQL implementing Oracle DB for OLTP processing
- 3+ years of experience integrating Apache Kafka messaging
- Manage security protocols by implementing role-based access control (RBAC) and Single Sign-On (SSO) integration
- Utilize OAuth flows for authentication and authorization
Good to have:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement features that meet business needs
- Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers
