To carry out Duty Support rotations among the team members. Mostly on-call basis during off office hours in case of escalations from our level1 team.
Coordinate with ADA Central team with new changes and responsible for all production implementations.
Maintain system operations manuals & related documents.
Monitor system performance and escalate when necessary.
Keeps track of problem tickets/reports.
Upstream and downstream coordination when necessary.
KT to new resource onboard (Support).
To provide day-to-day production support for in-house applications/Murex.
Support User and DEV team ADHOC service requests.
Historical load to correct the data-related issues.
Work with DEV team daily during the migration of different applications until successfully completed.
Must have
6-9 years of working in an L2 Support Environment with SQL, Unix Shell scripting, Linux, Python, ELK, basic Java, Object-oriented programming, Microservices, SQL, Open shift, CI/CD tools (Git hub/Jenkins), AWS
Technical background in Java full-stack
To develop monitoring tools/alerts to create proactive actions (eg: auto healing/recovery)
To develop monitoring tools/alerts to create proactive actions

To assist in rolling out of new version of the application adhering to the best practices of the release management procedures
