As a member of the off-shore IT Support team at our Mauritius office, your role involves delivering exceptional technical support for our data centres and remote sites, crucial for our business operations. You will manage the full life cycle of our hosting infrastructure, from implementation to decommissioning, while resolving incidents, problems, and service requests through our central Service Desk, and conducting scheduled and proactive maintenance.
Your key responsibilities include collaborating with various technical teams, resolving software configuration issues, and ensuring software and security compliance in alignment with ITIL processes and best practices. Your tasks encompass OS management, virtualization support, full lifecycle server environment support, and operational support for our messaging environment (including Exchange Online, Teams, and SharePoint Online).
You will ensure the maximum availability and security of our messaging/O365 environment, manage infrastructure hardware and software, and oversee Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, Azure AD, and our Certificate Authority and PKI infrastructure. Additionally, you will troubleshoot, repair, and escalate incidents, provide server systems reporting, manage inventory and asset data accuracy, and continuously improve services in line with industry best practices. #LI-RB1 #LI-Onsite
