About the Role

This is an entry-level position, perfect for someone eager to start their career in game economics. You'll work closely with product, data, and monetization teams to design and refine in-game economies that keep players engaged and ensure a balanced experience.

• Manage the economy and pricing of virtual goods; balance between free content vs. paid currency in the game economy
• Design the economic systems to drive players to play and enhance their game experience.
• Create new features that improve long-term player satisfaction, and provide more monetization opportunities.
• Analyze player behavior and in-game data to identify patterns, pain points, and opportunities.
• Build and maintain models to simulate economic scenarios and evaluate new game features.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure economic systems align with both gameplay and business goals.

• B.Sc. in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or or an equivalent background.
• Excellent Excel knowledge - MUST
• Python/SQL skills (especially with data-focused libraries like pandas and numpy).
• Solid analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• A strong interest in games
