Job Details

We’re on a mission to democratize AI by building the definitive AI data development platform. The AI landscape has gone through incredible change between 2016, when Snorkel started as a research project in the Stanford AI Lab, to the generative AI breakthroughs of today. But one thing has remained constant: the data you use to build AI is the key to achieving differentiation, high performance, and production-ready systems. We work with some of the world’s largest organizations to empower scientists, engineers, financial experts, product creators, journalists, and more to build custom AI with their data faster than ever before. Excited to help us redefine how AI is built? Apply to be the newest Snorkeler!

We are looking for an experienced Lead Product Manager to help drive the development of Snorkel Flow, our data-centric AI platform. In this role, you will collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, sales, and marketing to define and execute a product vision that bridges our web interface, ML foundation, and ML infrastructure—ensuring alignment and seamless collaboration across the stack.

This role is ideal for someone with strong enterprise software and end-user workflow experience, startup exposure, and the ability to move fast, iterate quickly, and lead teams through ambiguity. While deep AI expertise isn’t required, familiarity with AI/ML concepts and industry terminology is essential.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategic roadmap that aligns our Application, ML Foundation and Infrastructure teams to drive seamless product development of Web and SDK workflows.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration between engineering, sales, and marketing to deliver a cohesive and user-friendly AI platform
  • Foster a culture of fast iteration, learning from failures, and continuous improvement
  • Advocate for enterprise customers, understanding their needs and ensuring a great user experience
  • Provide technical and strategic product leadership while balancing short-term execution with long-term vision
  • Partner with leadership and internal stakeholders to scale and evolve our AI data development platform

Minimum Qualifications

  • 8+ years of product management experience in enterprise software, with at least some experience at a startup
  • Experience building products with an appreciation for user experience in complex enterprise environments, delivering end-to-end workflows that involve user interfaces and SDK experiences.
  • People management or leadership experience, with a track record of mentoring and guiding teams
  • Strong execution skills in fast-paced, iterative environments
  • Experience working across infrastructure, machine learning, and web-based product teams
  • Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and terminology
  • Proven ability to connect business goals to product strategy and translate complex technical requirements into user-focused solutions
