Lead QA Engineer

Top Tier Investment Bank is looking for an experienced QA Lead to work as a member of its Financing Clearing Transaction Management team. The team is responsible for the development and support of the transaction management, regulatory and reporting systems for the Exchange Traded Derivatives platform.

Responsibilities

They are expected to lead the QA team through the entire release delivery process

The QA lead should also be familiar with working in agile sprints and managing the release sign-off processes

Team Management, which includes conducting regular meetings, providing guidance, and addressing any issues that may arise

Skills

Must have

At least 7+ years of experience in both manual and automation testing

Good knowledge of the trading life cycle and clearing

Proficiency in automation using tools like Selenium and Java-based frameworks is essential

Overseeing the QA team, ensuring that all team members are aligned with the project goals and timelines

Nice to have

Good to have Front office experience.
