Job Description

As a Lead Technical Writer, you will create content and writing assignments adhering to established standards, focusing on clarity, conciseness, and style for the US audience. You will actively participate in team meetings, translate product features into drawings and diagrams. You will also keep up-to-date with industry trends, collaborate with stakeholders for timely project execution, and coordinate with geographically dispersed content teams. Gather feedback, prioritize improvements, and become a subject matter expert to create content independently. This role requires excellent writing skills, strong organizational and communication abilities, and the ability to grasp complex software solutions. You must also have the ability to work within agreed timelines.

Job Details

Job Responsibilities:
 
  • Create content and complete writing assignments according to set standards regarding clarity, conciseness, style, and terminology focusing US audience as consumers.
  • Actively participate and contribute in team meetings.
  • Portray the information as appropriate in the form of drawings, charts, and flow diagrams to illustrate the Product features. 
  • Keep abreast of latest industry trends and knit it together with the organizational needs. 
  • Collaborate effectively with various stakeholders to facilitate timely and quality execution of content projects.
  • Coordinate with geographically distributed content teams and stakeholders.
  • Gather the content feedback, look for areas of improvements, prioritize, and implement the constructive suggestions.
  • Emerge as a subject matter expert in assigned areas of responsibility through interactive learning and apply the expertise in creating the content independently.

 

 Skill Sets:
  • Strong writing skills.
  • Excellent organization, communication, and writing style with an eye for detail.
  • Highly motivated with an ability to quickly grasp complex software solutions and their objectives.
  • Ability to work within agreed timelines.
