Job Description

This role is for a Leadership Growth Expert within the OKX group. The primary focus is to identify, groom, and shape the behaviors of future leaders. The responsibilities include collaborating with business leaders to understand leadership development needs, designing leadership programs, planning and delivering development activities, and assessing the impact of interventions. The goal is to build a high-performing team and foster a strong learning culture within the organization, specifically across markets like Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, the United States, and Europe. The role requires experience in leadership development, organizational development, or talent management.

  • Experience with leadership assessment tools.

About the Opportunity

People is most valuable asset of OK Group. Identifying, grooming and shaping the behaviours of our next gen leaders to fuel our business growth is most important to our business. Leadership Management and Development function is set up to solely focus on driving an uplift in leadership capability across the organisation so that we see excellence in leadership every day and in everything that we do. We work closely with leaders across levels and across the organization globally, as the advisor, coach and change initiator. We are looking for a visionary and experienced leadership development leader to be part of the team and join the exciting journey with us in this frontier industry.

What You’ll Be Doing 

  • Work closely with business and function leaders in OK Group to understand business and functional vision and leadership development needs, provide advice and craft direction to build a roadmap of leadership development in overseas markets (Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, US and Euro, etc).
  • Design a suite of programmes that create a clear growth pathway from first line manager through executives so that leadership potential is developed in line with organisational need.
  • Plan and deliver leadership development activities which incorporate a variety of learning methodologies to ensure that our leaders are equipped with the skills and capabilities required to embed a high-performance culture
  • Improve understanding of our leadership behaviours at all levels across the organisation and support leaders in ensuring that they demonstrate the desired behaviours consistently and shape the desired culture of OK Group
  • Develop and shape a learning culture in the organization through innovative and rich learning offerings to our global leaders
  • Design and deliver workshops for aspiring leaders to support them in their team management and culture building activities
  • Evaluate the impact of existing and new leadership development interventions in order to identify areas for improvement and opportunities to enhance the current offers to support leaders in achieving their full potential
  • Work closely with other LG colleagues across regions and take the lead in team building activities to build a high-performing, high standard team with great team spirit

 

What We Look For In You

  • Bachelor's degree with solid years of experience working in Leadership development, Organizational Development, Learning and Development, or Talent Management domains, preferably from a well-known global organization with strong learning culture
  • Able to navigate in a fast-pace working environment, likes to take up new challenges, open and flexible to fast changes, and value team work
  • Self motivated, with positive and growth mindset, strong team collaboration capability
  • logical and structured in problem solving, with a big picture in mind
  • Past experience and credentials in leadership assessment and development tools is a plus (e.g. DISC, Leadership 360 tools, Lego serious play facilitator, executive coach)
  • Experienced workshop and/or training designer and facilitator
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Chinese
