Autonomous software is data-driven software that continuously morphs its behavior to the ever-changing underlying domain transactional data. It brings modern digital transformation capabilities like artificial intelligence, robotic process automation, natural language processing, and connected workspaces as out-of-the-box features for the finance & accounting domain.

Before the availability of autonomous software, finance stakeholders had to pick between a digital replacement of a paper-based solution or build & maintain custom RPA/AI-based tools in-house. In contrast, HighRadius' autonomous platform combines the best of both worlds to deliver measurable business outcomes such as DSO reduction, working capital optimization, bad-debt reduction, reduced month-end close timelines, and improved productivity in under six months.

Key Responsibilities:

• Events Management: Oversee end-to-end planning and execution of internal and external events, ensuring every detail is covered from logistics to post-event analysis.
• Food & Beverages: Supervise cafeteria operations and vendor management to provide quality and cost-effective F&B services for employees and guests.
• Housekeeping: Ensure hygiene and cleanliness standards across all facilities, managing daily operations and quality audits.
• Stakeholder & Visa Coordination (US-Based): Liaise with US-based teams for admin and travel needs, including smooth handling of visa documentation and coordination with immigration partners.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience managing multiple admin functions simultaneously.
• Strong stakeholder management and vendor coordination skills.
• Hands-on experience in event management and F&B supervision.
• Familiarity with visa processes and international coordination (especially US-based stakeholders).
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field.
• Experience in working with global teams.
• High ownership, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude.
