The Manager - Facilities role at HighRadius involves overseeing various administrative functions. Key Responsibilities:

  • Events Management: Oversee end-to-end planning and execution of internal and external events, ensuring every detail is covered from logistics to post-event analysis.
  • Food & Beverages: Supervise cafeteria operations and vendor management to provide quality and cost-effective F&B services for employees and guests.
  • Housekeeping: Ensure hygiene and cleanliness standards across all facilities, managing daily operations and quality audits.
  • Stakeholder & Visa Coordination (US-Based): Liaise with US-based teams for admin and travel needs, including smooth handling of visa documentation and coordination with immigration partners.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience managing multiple admin functions simultaneously.
  • Strong stakeholder management and vendor coordination skills.
  • Hands-on experience in event management and F&B supervision.
  • Familiarity with visa processes and international coordination (especially US-based stakeholders).
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field.
  • Experience in working with global teams.
  • High ownership, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude.
