About the team and the role:
The Customer Lifecycle team is part of Global Marketing | Global CRM and responsible for evergreen CRM programs aimed at increasing the quantity and quality of customer experiences across global markets.
As a Lifecycle Marketing Manager, you will own the strategy, execution and optimization of specific global lifecycle programs across +150 markets, using primarily owned channels to grow buyer engagement and long-term customer value.
You will be part of the Horizontal Lifecycle Team and will report into the Team Lead.
What you will accomplish:
You will be the E2E owner of impactful and engagement driving, evergreen, recurring lifecycle programs, including concept creation, seamless campaign execution, performance monitoring and optimization efforts.
Collaborate with internal teams, including the wider Customer Lifecycle team, Global Creative, Front End, Targeting Innovation, Contact Strategy, Analytics, Legal, Local Markets and other partners to complete global campaigns.
Partner with the Global Creative team and creative agencies to develop and implement high-quality content and experiences that resonate with our customers
Use data-driven insights to measure the impact of communication activities and to continuously optimize live campaigns.
Increase impact by finding opportunities such as adding net new programs to the existing program portfolio, expanding to international markets and all available channels and optimizing existing programs in terms of triggers, targeting, frequency, content etc..
What you will bring:
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in CRM of an e-commerce or retail environment.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams in different time zones.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful marketing strategies across various channels with experience in measuring and reporting on campaign performance.
