1.三年以上游戏营销或市场行业工作经验,核心需要有二次元审美能力、创意能力、市场内容策划制作能力,能把控二次元产品的内容品质;
2.热爱游戏,重度的二次元游戏爱好者,熟悉ACGN及日本流行文化或者亚文化;
3.市场触觉敏锐,喜欢创意,能够快速抓住游戏用户偏好,对游戏内容生态有较深理解 ;
4.具备良好的沟通协调能力和执行落地能力,善于多线程、跨团队的沟通协作;
5.加分项:可用日语或韩语作为工作语言。
