Job Description: Marketing Communications Asst. Manager
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Communications Manager to lead the development and implementation of our marketing, branding, and communication strategies. The ideal candidate will have expertise in marketing, promotions, branding, digital and social media, public relations, and news media engagement. This role will be critical in enhancing brand awareness, driving lead generation, and managing both internal and external communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and communications strategies to support business objectives.
- Plan and oversee marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities across online and offline channels.
- Branding & Positioning:
- Lead branding initiatives to ensure consistent messaging and brand integrity across all platforms.
- Manage visual and verbal brand guidelines to maintain uniformity in all external communications.
- Social & Digital Media:
- Develop and execute social media strategies to build brand presence and engagement across platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.).
- Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, email campaigns, content marketing, and analytics.
- Public Relations & Media Management:
- Build and manage relationships with news media and industry publications to secure coverage and enhance brand visibility.
- Handle press releases, media inquiries, and crisis communication.
- Coordinate with external PR agencies, if required, for media outreach and events.
- Promotions & Events:
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns, including trade shows, webinars, and industry events.
- Manage partnerships and sponsorships to align with the brand’s promotional goals.
- Internal Communications:
- Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to align internal communication strategies with broader business goals.
- Develop internal newsletters, updates, and presentations to keep the team informed and engaged.
- Content Development:
- Oversee the creation of engaging content for various channels, including blogs, websites, social media, and email campaigns.
- Ensure content is consistent with brand voice and resonates with the target audience.
Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in marketing communications, with a proven track record in branding, promotions, digital marketing, and PR management.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and analytics tools.
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages for diverse audiences.
- Experience in managing media relations and working with external PR agencies.
- Proficiency in marketing and design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics, Mailchimp, Hootsuite).
- Strong project management skills with the ability to lead and execute multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate across teams.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in managing marketing budgets and ROI analysis.
- Knowledge of industry trends and the ability to stay ahead of market changes.
- Experience in crisis communication and change management.
