Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for Manager/ Assistant Manager, Performance Marketing and Customer Lifecycle Management domain. The person will be responsible for operational tasks and strategies related to Digital marketing, Lead generation, Search Ads, Email and Whatsapp marketing, and Product Conversions, and will work with the Digital Commerce and Marketing Lead to drive awareness, sales and loyalty forward for client brands. The role involves creating and implementing digital marketing strategies, analysing and optimising campaign performance, and driving lead generation through various digital channels.


This role is an on-site role and based out of Ghatkopar West, Mumbai, and is open to candidates with 1-4 years of experience in Digital Marketing.


Qualifications

  • 1-4 years of experience in setting up campaigns and handling Meta and Google Ads for awareness, views, conversions, engagement, search presence, and lead generation.
  • Experience in Pharma, B2B, D2C, or Product Marketing will be preferred.
  • Experience in Email and Whatsapp Marketing
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with prior experience in understanding GA.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in developing partnerships with Media networks
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, technology or related field
  • Should have prior experience in building Digital Strategies, Media Planning and presentations for the client
  • A knack for identifying new trends, tools, methodologies and innovate among with the team
