The primary focus of the Inside Sales Advisor team is responding to customer inquiries about the purchase of new vehicles in a timely and accurate manner. The Inside Sales team will focus on Vehicle Configurations and will be working with existing Reservation holders to convert their reservation in to a production order. The Inside Sales Advisor is responsible for these customer service activities in order to deliver top quality customer service and customer satisfaction.
· Create, train and build inside sales team for Tesla
· Design/adapt insides sale team operational procedures in India, set metrics and manage on-going performance
· Conduct business dealings in a way that creates a superior prospect experience that represents the Tesla brand values.
· Achieve company aims for vehicle order levels.
· Work cross team between field and showroom sales to ensure coordination and alignment to deliver superior customer experience and achieve high level of conversion
· Work on the continuous improvement of processes and procedures related with the purchase of a Tesla.
· Strong leadership
· Excellent Communication and relationship management skills, both oral and written.
· Experience in managing telesales sales team
· Bachelor ’ s Degree preferred. In lieu of a degree, relevant experience in a customer-facing environment.
· Ability to prioritize effectively and handle shifting priorities.
· Detail driven. Attention to quality.
· Fluency in English and other local languages
