Smilegate Entertainment is seeking an experienced Client Developer for their Next Crossfire project. The role involves developing and managing game IP, along with creating cultural content for global audiences. Key responsibilities include Unreal Engine 5-based PC client and dedicated server development, implementing game flows and content for mod creation. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience, strong C++ programming skills, and a proven track record in all phases of game development, from prototyping to live service, with commercial game development experience using Unreal Engine 4/5. Deep understanding of Unreal Engine 4/5 gameplay frameworks and experience implementing core content are essential, along with strong communication and collaboration skills. The ability to proactively design and develop features independently is highly valued. Experience with Unreal Engine 4/5 Dedicated Server implementation for game modes and shooter genre development is a plus.
