Job Description
Smilegate RPG seeks an experienced Development PM for their [LOST ARK Mobile] project. Responsibilities include managing the overall development schedule, facilitating communication and collaboration between departments, and overseeing work with international partners. The ideal candidate possesses at least 2 years of experience in game development PM, a strong understanding of game development processes and MS Office, and excellent communication skills. Additional desirable skills include experience building development processes, managing MMORPG projects, working with large teams (50+ people), international collaboration, English fluency, and proficiency with project management tools (Confluence, Jira, Hansoft).
Must have:
- 2+ years game development PM experience
- Strong understanding of game development processes
- Excellent MS Office skills
- Manage development schedule
- Facilitate inter-departmental communication
- Oversee international partner collaboration
Good to have:
- Experience building development processes
- MMORPG project experience
