Channel Operations Specialist

As a Channel Operations Specialist, you will be pivotal in crafting, maintaining, and optimizing processes to drive growth across Unity’s Channel Project and operations. You will work closely with Channel leadership, primarily APAC Partner Account managers the global channel program team to ensure that the entire partner sales process is adhered to accurately (from the creation of product selling rules, and sales quotations to coordinating with finance/relevant departments on orders in CRM, Order Management and Finance systems). This role involves overseeing the daily operations of channel partners, developing and implementing strategies to enhance channel performance, and ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.

What you'll be doing

• Analyze existing channel processes, and work with leadership to optimize and scale them, ensuring they are partner-centric and stay in sync with the channel program requirements

• Deliver strategic and operational support for the opportunity to Cash sales process using Salesforce.com to improve and maximize sales efficiency

• Ensure data accuracy in CRM, Order Management, and Finance Systems and become a subject matter expert in our Partner Relationship Management Software (PRM)

• Provide daily support to the Sales and Partner sales team and clients and partners to handle their inquiries, troubleshoot problems, or explain business processes/system usage

• On-board Resellers sales reps on the sales process

What we're looking for

• Proficiency in CRM (Salesforce) or other channel management software

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Strong project management skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

• Fluent in written and spoken English and Korean

You might also have

• Strong understanding of channel sales

• Experience in Program management

• Familiarity with data tools such as Looker
