On-Site Digital Project Manager

We are partnering with our client to find a talented Digital Project Manager for a hybrid position based in Irvine, CA, Mettawa, IL, or New Jersey. This dynamic role offers the flexibility to work remotely two days a week, with on-site presence required three days a week. As the Digital Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple digital projects, ensuring their timely delivery while maintaining high-quality standards. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring all project milestones are met, and act as the main point of contact for stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple digital projects simultaneously, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to quality standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across teams to communicate project timelines, deliverables, and requirements effectively.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates, addressing any issues to keep projects on track.
• Maintain high attention to detail at all stages of the project lifecycle, ensuring no detail is overlooked.
• Act as the primary point of contact for project updates, problem-solving, and ensuring seamless execution.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Digital Project Manager, managing complex digital or technical projects.
• Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to clearly convey ideas to both technical and non-technical teams.
• A background in web or technical fields is highly advantageous, though not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with the agility to adapt to evolving project requirements.
