Job Description & Summary
As a Program manager you will be an integral player in the development and management of our internal business line. You will closely collaborate with the Program Sponsor on laying out the strategy for the business line goals and on expanding the use of PwC’s CEE nearshore technology talent solution.
You will constantly develop and maintain the objectives specific for individual PwC network firms, which will require a close collaboration with these member firms. Supervising all business and operational activities will include an extensive stakeholder and vendor management across different seniority levels and different geographies offering you to work in a truly global environment.
The technical solution enables streamlining and enhancements to the talent sourcing process and part of your role will be the governance of the solution’s strategy and direction as well as collaboration with the team to oversee the solution’s further development.
The project is led by one of the PwC Partners in the Czech office. Originally with a background in financial services risk management, he has led an expansion of the current team into wider Risk & Regulatory topics including digital and technology related support to PwC clients. The existing multi-national team is predominantly Prague based.
The candidate will be responsible for managing the team, coordinating and developing relationships with PwC network firms and overseeing technology talent sourcing activities including vendor management. The key areas are:
Program management
Strategy - managing and enhancing Program strategy, goals and KPIs
Processes enhancements - resourcing, vendor and team management
Work with the Operations manager in reporting preparation, i.e. management information creation, PwC network firms and vendors status reporting, finance, etc.
Management of other internal programme development initiatives - preparation of materials for events or other internal / external purposes and the production of Management Information for PwC senior management
Regular interaction with multiple project partners on business and operational matters
Support individual line managers in relevant meetings with internal/external stakeholders
Business development
Service offering (value proposition) development and preparation of business cases together with the Program Sponsor and Development Manager
Communication with PwC network firms on regular basis - identify and support business cases, support the Development Manager in order to drive these meetings
Consult the Development Manager to ensure demand for resources is matched to relevant talent and liaise with partners
Resourcing management
Oversee and support the end to end process from identifying and processing the opportunity through onboarding the talent and to offboarding and closing project
Govern the process of tracking demand, request status, admin processes such as invoicing
Vendor management
Oversee vendor communication and regular quality reviews (vendor performance on projects)
Maintain relationships with vendors and contribute to establishing new partnerships by assessing the suitability according to the CEE Technology Strategy.
Work with the Operations manager to oversee the onboarding process of new partners renewals of existing relationships.
Product (sourcing platform) management
Cooperate with the Operations Manager in enhancing the Tech solution
Support the Operations Manager in managing individual plugins to the Tech solution, i.e. platform, process enhancement tools, CV builder and others
Build the Platform requirements and work with the platform provider to ensure the solution is fit for purpose and aligned to the Program’s processes / needs
Support the team in Identifying necessary enhancements of the Platform and work with the platform provider to implement these

Minimum of Bachelor degree
Desired skills and experience
Good understanding of the technology landscape and the specific developments around technology consulting and IT services sourcing
Additional foreign language skills are a benefit, but not a must (German, Spanish, French, Italian)
Previous consulting or technology consulting experience desired
Previous experience from multinational organizations is a plus
